Long leather line with hand strap, braided
Long working lead for medium to large dogs with hand loop made of robust saddle leather. Braided by hand on both sides (bleed knot), brass carabiner. Our leather leads are vegetable tanned and lovingly handcrafted.
The leather comes from European cattle (sourced from abattoirs) and is vegetable tanned and processed in Europe. Vegetable tanning without chrome is much more time-consuming, but the leather retains its natural properties, has a longer lifespan and protects the environment.

The saddle leather used is very robust and can withstand use in wind and weather. The leash can also be used in the rain (wet). The leather is somewhat stiff at first, but becomes softer and more supple with use.
Care: to maximise the service life of the leather leash, it should be oiled or greased from time to time.
